 be-berrie's   on demand products are made and shipped locally. Through the use local production of merchandise near to end destinations we support lower carbon emission and overproduction, better for the people and the planet.

Our products are  offered with a standard-delivery costs included.  Because of the nature of our on demand production model, standard deliveries takes between 7-10 working days. However we do also offer express-shipping options at an extra cost. These can be both tracked live.

To avoid unecessary deleys and costs, we incorage customers to use the size guide provided on every product page before ordering the products size.  In the eventuality that the item is lost in transit,  get in touch within 30 days from the estimated delivery date  through our contact form below and we will be happy to send a replacement order with no extra costs. 

 

However:

- In case of unclaimed products - if you were not able to recieve the order at the adress prived and/or  from a pick up point, please  get in touch through our contact form below  so we can report the problem and arrange for a second delivery. For the second-delivery attempt we will charge for the shipping.

 

- In the case customer provided  a wrong address or considered insufficient by the courier and as a result it is lost, we wont be able to offer a rufund and you will be liable for the full  costs of the new replacement order.
