RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At be-berrie, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a  return or exchange policy.

- In case you are not happy about the product without this beign damaged or defective, you may return or exchange any product within 30 days of purchase.The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The Shipping costs for the returned item is the responsibility of the customer.

 

- In case the product is defective or damaged please contact us through the contact form  found below, providing a picture of the item withing 30 days of purchase and we will arrange a full refund or exchange with a new item at not extra costs.

- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment withing 7-10 business days of receiving the retured item.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for products that have been used or are not in their original packaging  and not returned after 30 days of purchase.
